The purpose of this reporting system is to help Atlantic Amateur Hockey Association, its member programs, and leagues be aware of incidents of alleged behavior that violates USA Hockey's zero tolerance policy toward Officials, Players and Spectators.

THIS IS TREATED AS A WHISTLEBLOWER REPORT AND THE IDENTITY OF THE REPORTER IS KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. WE DO REQUIRE ACCURATE CONTACT INFORMATION.

Once submitted - it will be directed to the appropriate program and/or league to review and address with the appropriate individuals.
